Pre-Treatment Requirements
Some basic rules of the clinic to take note of when making a booking:
- A 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- An SMS will be sent to confirm your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. If a response is not received in the next 24 hours then the appointment will be offered to another client on the waiting list.
- 24 hour notice for cancellation and confirmation
- If a 24 hour notice has not been given for a cancellation then the deposit is forfeited.
- Arrive 10 to 15 mins before your appointment time (to relax and unwind).
- Arriving late may inevitably mean a shorter appointment time.
- Mobile phones will need to be switched off or on silent during treatments.
- Under 18’s need to have a parent or legal guardian sign consent for any bookings.

There needs to be full disclosure of:
- pregnancy,
- high or low blood pressure,
- retin-a usage,
- roaccutane usage,
- photosensitising or keraolytic medications or
- any medications prescription or otherwise,
- recent surgeries,
- recent laser procedures.
- A full medical history and heritage is part of the skin analysis and full disclosure will be required.
- No refunds on opened purchases.
- No refund on unopened purchases
after 7 days.
No Cloud data records @ Preserve Skin Clinic. Permission will be requested for photographic processes and records.
